Following an early career with a UK investment bank, James brings 18 years’ experience in senior front office executive search.
Having worked with leading international search firms such as Norman Broadbent, Sheffield Haworth and Correlate Search James subsequently managed the Global Markets business at New Millennium Group. James has completed searches for Board, management and leading producers for US, European and UK investment banks.
His own focus remains on Equities across global research, sales and execution services and leads the team covering Derivatives, Prime Services and the Alternatives industry. Graian launched in 2015 and provides a high touch advisory partnership with select banking and alternatives clients. A graduate of Loughborough University and UCC, James has an MSc in Sport & Performance Psychology and Honours degree in Politics and French.

Tom has over 15+ years’ executive search experience in roles spanning research, consultancy and operations. His experience spans C suite and senior management opportunities predominantly within Financial Services. Throughout his career he has worked at leading search brands including Norman Broadbent, Correlate Search, CTPartners, Alexander Mann and Sheffield Haworth where he has built and ran research and executive teams. Before moving into executive search Tom worked as a consultant in the recruitment industry after a successful career in the British Army as an infantry officer.
